We deliver across all major cities and regions within India.
Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable. You can check service availability by entering your pin code at checkout.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Custom-made or specially packed items (such as large paint drums) may require additional processing time.
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the brand’s warehouse.
For metro cities, delivery may be faster (2–4 business days).
During festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances (strikes, natural calamities, etc.), deliveries may be delayed.
Shipping charges vary based on product weight, size, brand, and delivery location.
The exact shipping cost (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Some sellers may offer Free Shipping on select products or order values.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
You can track your shipment in real-time through our website or the courier partner’s portal.
If your order contains products from multiple brands/sellers, items may be shipped separately.
You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
If you receive a damaged or missing item, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery at support@paintsmart.com.
We may request photos/videos of the package for verification.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working to expand globally soon.
Shipping address changes are only allowed before the order is dispatched. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to update your delivery details.
